Made Just for You
Every item at DesignTeesCentral is printed to order — when you place your order, we make your shirt just for you. It keeps our designs fresh and cuts down on waste, and it also shapes how returns work around here.

Orders Within the USA
Because each item is custom-printed for you, we don't offer standard returns on US orders. But here's the important part: if something isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right.

Wrong item? Misprint? Arrived damaged? Sizing trouble? Just message us through the chat bubble on our site or email info@designtcentral.com, and we'll sort out a replacement or another solution that works for you. We're a small team and we genuinely care that you love what you ordered.

International Orders (Outside the USA)
If you're outside the United States, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and unwashed. You'll cover the return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case, it's on us. Once your return arrives back with us, we'll refund you to your original payment method.

Damaged, Wrong, or Misprinted Items
No matter where you are in the world: if your order shows up damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund — your choice.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Production moves fast — your order typically goes into printing about 12 hours after you place it. We can change or cancel an order only before production starts, so if you need to update a size, color, or address, message us right away via the chat bubble or info@designtcentral.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
